GETTING STARTED WITH SYMPLTC

  • How do I start working with SymplTC?

    Schedule a consultation to discuss your brokerage, workflow, and service needs. A signed Service Agreement is required before services begin.

  • How do I submit a contract or service request?

    Use the appropriate submission form on the SymplTC website and provide all requested documents and contact information.

  • What happens after I submit a contract?

    SymplTC reviews the documents, sets up the transaction, connects the transaction team, and begins monitoring deadlines and compliance requirements

WORKING WITH SYMPLTC

  • Why should I use a Transaction Coordinator?

    Transaction coordination can require 15–20 hours per file. SymplTC manages the administrative details so you can focus on your clients and growing your business.

  • What responsibilities remain with the agent?

    Agents remain responsible for:

    • Writing and reviewing contracts
    • Advising and communicating with clients
    • Reviewing inspections, title documents, and reports
    • Attending necessary inspections and appointments
    • Negotiating repairs and contract changes
    • Providing brokerage-specific requirements
    • Providing exact wording for amendments and addenda
    • Responding promptly throughout the transaction

  • Will SymplTC communicate directly with my client?

    Yes, when included in the selected service. The agent remains responsible for advice, negotiations, and all licensed activities.


  • What happens if information or documents are missing?

    SymplTC will identify and request missing items and may ask the agent to assist with follow-up when a timely response is not received. Missing information or delayed responses may affect the transaction timeline. 

  • Does SymplTC provide contract or software training?

    No. Contract and software training should be obtained through your broker, mentor, or training department.

INVOICING AND PAYMENT

  • When will I receive my invoice?

    Contract-to-close services are invoiced at closing. Other services are invoiced as stated in the Service Agreement or on the invoice.

  • When is payment due?

    Payment is due upon receipt or by the due date shown on the invoice.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    Zelle is preferred. Card payments are available through the invoice and may include a processing fee. Payment instructions are provided on each invoice.

  • Are Venmo or Cash App accepted?

    No. Payments must be made using the approved payment methods provided on your invoice.

  • Do I still have to pay if the transaction is cancelled?

    Contract-to-close fees are generally not charged for the first two terminated transactions involving the same client. Beginning with the third termination, a $200 administrative fee will be charged for work already performed. If SymplTC agrees to continue coordinating the client’s next transaction through closing, the $200 will be credited toward the final contract-to-close fee.

  • Are add-on services included in the contract-to-close fee?

    No. Approved add-on services are itemized separately and are generally due upfront.

  • Are service fees refundable?

    No. Service fees reflect the time and work invested and are non-refundable.

  • Can prices change?

    Yes. Pricing may vary based on the scope of work and is subject to change.

  • Where can I review the complete terms and conditions?

    Complete service, payment, cancellation, and late-payment terms are provided in the SymplTC Service Agreement and on your invoice.
